These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Flossworks – Stitch & Track application (the "App"), provided by Flossworks Cross-Stitch LLC.

Using the App

You may use the App for your personal cross-stitch projects. Please use it lawfully and don't attempt to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App.

Your content

Images you import and patterns or projects you create remain yours. The App processes them on your device. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any images you use.

Purchases

Any in-app purchases are handled through Google Play. Refunds and billing are subject to Google Play's terms and policies.

No warranty

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do our best to make it useful and reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or suit every purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Flossworks Cross-Stitch LLC is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
